7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Free from pet hair, stains, damage, or odors
  • In the original packaging with tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet grooming or hygiene products
  • Used pet beds, blankets, or clothing
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved:

  1. Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  2. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team
  3. Share the tracking number once shipped

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
